- MMMollyOct 5, 20252.0I don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't let this one go. I've been going to great clips for years. I moved so I had to start going to this location. The first time, the stylist very unevenly shaved my head. I didn't realize till I got home and saw the patches in the mirror. I ended up having to try and even it out myself. I was frustrated, but everyone has off days and was giving the stylist the benefit of a doubt. The second time, I got the same stylist. I politely said "the last time I had to shave some patches myself, so if you could make sure to get it all, that'd be great". I thought it'd be fine after I mentioned it. She was nice, didn't discount my hair cut from her last last mess up. I'm thinking "okay. Whatever. As long as it's even this time". After, I get in my car pull out of the parking lot, as I'm sitting at the red light I glance at the mirror in my visor, I see it AGAIN. Patches and missed strays. My hair cut is very simple and probably the cheapest cut you can get. I always tip the same amount of my haircut because I've always had great experiences at Great Clips. Not anymore. I'm very upset with how the stylist handled this and disregard my poor experience. Also, if you can't evenly shave someone's head, maybe you shouldn't be working in a salon. Never again will I waste my money here.
