- MMMerceds MercedsDec 28, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I did end up purchasing two perfumes, but I was planning to buy more. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. I was not greeted or offered help, and when I tried to get assistance, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Because of this, I decided not to continue shopping and left without purchasing the additional items I intended to buy. Good customer service matters, especially when customers are ready to spend more. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.
