- JFjason freyApr 6, 20263.0It all depends on who cuts your hair, some days I would give it all the stars , some days one , I would request a specific hair stylist but that would hold everyone else up so I don't and I go with who is up in rotation and the last three times at this place I struck out twice and had one really good haircut and that's why I went back my third time , they are good with reading your ticket knowing what you had last time but if they can't cut hair it doesn't matter, and I like this company and have had really good luck with them so I won't change companies but I definitely will change locations, because the most aggravating thing is walking around with a bad haircut!!! I can't stand that for obvious reasons, I won't call out who cut my hair but I'll wait for another stylist if I notice who's cutting,. Overall they are great and very nice and I think 9 times out of 10 you will get what you want and be happy, I like moon township and just have started going to the mall location because of my work schedule. They are nice and fast and pretty dependable and the prices are good I think, I personally tip more than the haircut costs because I know times are crappy for everyone. Thanks for listening and I hope everyone has a great day and a good visit if they go .

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
