I bought a package with ideal image a few months back and they were sold to spruce Medispa. I was told I am forced to get my services done at this company and they will not offer me a refund for the almost $4000 package I purchased. I’m sorry but what if you bought a cut and color from a high end stylist and when you show up they tell you to go to Supercuts because they will still honor it. I asked how they were going to make it right they said this is all the information I have for you! Awesome!

Had done at Ideal Image in Wexford and I had an allergic reaction that landed me in the hospital and needing Epinephrine as I blistered and was swollen from laser hair removal. Even though doctors have stated it's not medically necessary to continue treatment. They are denying my claim and making pay for something I can't have done!
