There was another lady standing there and she said she would do it,I get to her chair and she cuts it dry while telling me she had someone coming in soon like 5 min.So I look in her mirror and my hair is all choppy and lengty gone! I go to pay for this horrible hair cut and they say its 36$!! what you told me a different price when I walked in, She then tells me there is a extra fee for walkins and for MASTER STYLIST! She tells meshe is experienced. I wanted to cry. Im still trying to let this awful cut grow in. No time to do a good job but charge me like you did. Iwill never ever go back and I will tell everyone I know or dont know not to go there
