    I made a appointment online for my grandson to have his haircut for his class pictures. When I got to the salon the girl refused to cut his hair saying that she doesn’t cut kids hair under five. It was a Sunday and I had no way to make another appointment somewhere else and his pictures where taken the next day. They ruined his pictures and I can’t say what I want to say about this place. The stylist could have noted this exception on the website and I would have never made this appointment. Super 😡

    I was a walk in and needed a few layers trimmed.. it was 2 and they said i would have to wait till 6. There was another lady standing there and she said she would do it,I get to her chair and she cuts it dry while telling me she had someone coming in soon like 5 min.So I look in her mirror and my hair is all choppy and lengty gone! I go to pay for this horrible hair cut and they say its 36$!! what you told me a different price when I walked in, She then tells me there is a extra fee for walkins and for MASTER STYLIST! She tells meshe is experienced. I wanted to cry. Im still trying to let this awful cut grow in. No time to do a good job but charge me like you did. Iwill never ever go back and I will tell everyone I know or dont know not to go there
