Got there and they said my name was never on their list. I showed them the text and confirmed that it was the correct location. They said they couldn't take me and I could wait around to see when someone had a minute but it was a 74min wait at that point. I had to leave because I only had a certain amount of time for this errand. Terrible customer service that even the boss said she couldn't take me next since she was almost done with the cut she was doing. I've lost so much hair since having my baby and I just wanted to get my haircut 😞
