- RRRachelApr 26, 20251.0Not at all impressed by the customer service, or lack of. The staff seemed completely unavailable to the customers. They looked away without so much of a greeting when I entered the store. No associate was available to assist. They seemed more engrossed with themselves than wanting to help the client. Honestly, I haven’t felt so unwelcome in a cosmetic store before. I would definitely choose Ulta over them. At least for cosmetics.
- MMm mNov 5, 20221.0My wife went to this place to get some makeup, rep there talked with my wife in very insulting tone and left, my wife again needed some help with matching instead of help just told her to apply and see for yourself and left, never coming here again, not sure if all reps are this horrible but wouldn't be surprised if this place shut down after one visit here, hope management improves customer experience soon
