I recieved my receipt via email. The receipt shows I was given a discount and my bill was $23.25 but when checking out i was charged $31. I paid cash along with a tip and now im wondering if the discount was pocketed. If this is the case its very dishonest and unappreciated.

I am very disappointed in my mother’s haircut. I made an appointment for my mother, actually paying more requesting a senior stylist because my mother’s hair is poker straight and very thin. She has Alzheimer’s so she cannot style her own hair. I talked to my mother’s old stylist asking what style would be best for this type of hair. Her stylist sent me a picture. My brother took my mother to her appointment, and showed the stylist the picture we were requesting. I will send you a picture of what we requested and what we received. My brother, not sure what to do, paid and tipped the stylist, but I think the haircut looks atrocious, it looks like a man’s style. The first picture is what we were hoping for, the second picture is what we received

Hairstylist was nice. Haircut was fine. My hair took like maybe 5 minutes to cut because it is thin and I don’t have much. I didn’t like paying $31.00 for this experience. I have always liked Hair Cuttery, been going there for a while, but the price is just too much for my type of hair. Not worth it to me. I know you have an extra cost when someone’s hair is thick and long. Can you do that for my hair type too make it a little cheaper? Seems fair to me. I’m going to cut my own hair if prices remain high. I’m an amateur, but done once before during the pandemic.

Sara at Hair Cuttery didn’t just give a haircut; she apparently cast some kind of ancient marital summoning ritual. As soon as the front door shut behind me at home, my wife took one look and decided it was time for… post‑salon quality assurance. Five stars for that alone, and I’d tip her my 401(k) if it were socially acceptable. The shop itself is clean, bright, and cheerful, which is a weird vibe when half the staff is masked up like they’re about to wheel in a patient from Chernobyl. At one point I wasn’t sure if I was getting a fade or being prepped for decontamination. Still, it’s nice to know that, if society collapses, this location can immediately pivot to a B‑grade sci‑fi quarantine lab. Sara, meanwhile, was the calm in the biohazard storm: super friendly, professional, and gloriously mask‑free, like a rebel stylist who skipped straight out of a shampoo commercial into the apocalypse. She listened to what I wanted, pretended my reference photo was reasonable, and somehow turned the usual “please don’t mess this up” cut into “my spouse just rediscovered the will to flirt.” If you want a clean, well‑lit place where you can briefly question your odds of airborne doom while walking out looking dangerously attractive, book with Sara. Just be ready for whatever happens when you get home.

My experience here was amazing today. It was so relaxing with Kristen as she cut and styled my hair very gently. She was very friendly and she was just so gentle and calm. And my hair turned out so beautiful too! I showed her what I wanted and she made it better than I imagined! Thank you Kristen for the amazing cut and experience today!
