Throughout those years, Great Clips consistently honored my service with what they referred to as a “well-deserved” military discount. During my visit today, I was informed that the discount now applies only to active-duty service members. I explained that for the past three years of my retirement, I had continued to receive the military discount, but I was told this was no longer applicable. I appreciate the many years of quality haircuts and recognition of my service. Unfortunately, today’s experience will be my last visit with this company.

She sprayed mt child's hair and then did 2 snips and took her cape off. I was so flabbergasted I didn't know what to do. The ends are completely uneven.and terrible. I am livid. I am not going back to have them fix it because it will be shorter than she wants. There was barely even a hello or thank you. Terrible aervice
