At the end, she didn’t even respond when I said “have a good day.” I’m very unhappy with how I was treated. This experience does not reflect the usual quality and friendliness I’ve received here, but I hope the management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t go through the same.

Once they did the LINE UPS and I made sure they put it on the notes to please not do them ever again. This time it was a relative who took my kid and guess what? They did the Line ups! My question is, why if its on the notes, why don’t they follow? I know many people like line ups and that’s perfect, but it doesn’t look good on how my kids do their hair. Is there is anything else we could do or say (besides the notes)? Thank you!
