    I don't know how much I spent because my husband paid for his and our son's cut, but they were done wonderfully! My son doesn't handle haircuts well at all & the lady got it done so fast, sweet, & gentle. He was FEELING himself after 🤣. Literally spent the rest of the day checking himself out in windows and mirrors. However, because I didn't know the stylists names who did their hair and neither one said thank you to my 5 year old for giving them their tips, I can't give 5 stars.

    Funny story I've been going here for years the only complaint I've ever had is the high turnover rate I can never seem to get the same stylist when I go in it's always new faces about 2 months ago I was in a rush came in for a haircut but wanted to do something completely different my stylist started with the typical consultation which is fine usually except I was trying to ask her a simple question as to if she could do what I wanted while I was talking she just kept continuing on with her consultation over me talking which at that point I didn't want so I got frustrated and said I'll just take someone else to cut my hair no big deal fast forward to about a week and a half ago i took my dad in who has late stage dementia. I Saw The stylist I had issues with so I just let my dad go so she wouldn't be uncomfortable from the last time but even after telling the greeter my dad's situation the stylist still began giving my poor dad a complete consultation including the different depths of guards which he would not understand so i went back and reminded them that he has dementia and please just let him tell her what he wanted but once again she wouldn't stop explaining over me talking she kept explaining she was just doing a consultation they do for every customerblah blah blah I once again made it clear to everybody that he has dementia and just needed to sit down and tell them what he wanted. it was hard enough to get him there to begin with I did get upset and I told the young lady 'this is why I don't deal with her" instead of just doing what I asked she burst into tears which caused the manager to act like I was attacking her I went and sat down to let them just finish my dad's hair knowing I would never come back. at checkout I tried to quietly talk to the manager who told me since I had a problem before she knew I was a problem customer while the first problem did happen it was with same person which should say something I've been going there for years never had a problem and always tip well I called the owner and never received a reply. today I receive a hilarious letter in the mail certified letting me know I was no longer welcome in the salon rather than take any constructive criticism poor attempt to hear the other side of the story the owner couldn't take 2 minutes to call me back instead lost 4 customers me my father and my three kids otherwise I would have just avoided this particular stylist who I'm sure is just doing which what she's been told a million times but still she should have some critical thinking skills and when a person request to skip that part it should politely be skipped especially once they know the person they're confusing has dementia I will just continue going to Manchester barber shop or Damon's where I've never ever had problem and can see the same Barber every single time because they aren't constantly having people quitting if you read my reviews they are mostly extremely complimentary I'm not cantankerous I'm a good customer who has no problem never going back maybe a simple conversation with this young lady the first time would have avoided this whole problem and when someone brings comes in and you clearly know they have dementia skip all the explanations and just follow the direction of the caretaker it's already a tough enough job. In closing I should mention that I have 35 years of customer service experience in high ticket sales so I know all about problem customers and how to handle them to bring them back around and not lose them as a customer all I think they need to do is let this young lady know to listen more to the customer and try not to talk over them that would have been a very simple solution that could have been fixed after the first issue so now I have a hilarious story to tell my friends about being barred from a Great clips chain salon oh and the letter said if I went back she would pursue criminal charges absolutely insane owner maybe that's why they can't keep the same stylist month to month
