- MQmaggie quinnApr 2, 20261.0I would highly recommend to NEVER come to this salon for any sort of coloring or high lights. I came in for a partial highlight on Saturday and left with streaks of red ish/pink in my hair after 5 hours of being in the salon. I called asking for a refund on just my high lights because it was not what I asked for and they refused to give me one stating that it is on the receipt that they do not give refunds (receipt that is given AFTER the purchase is made) . The owner insisted I come back in for them to fix it. I came back in and spent an additional 4 hours at the salon for my hair to come out orange and streaky. I have NEVER been this upset with how my hair has turned out at a salon and going back the second time only made it worse. I left respectfully and will never be back. I now have to wait to go to a different salon so my hair doesn’t fry from all of the products that were used on it the past week. Everyone was very nice but I would recommend to stay very far away from this salon.
