- MVMeet VinayJan 23, 20245.0Usually i did had worst experience at Great Clips earlier the barbers wont understand our requirements. Whatever we tell the requirements to them, they do what they like using trimmer. But i had good experience at this location the lady did understand the requirements and did her best and at best price.
- KSKrishnanunni SudhakaranNov 13, 20211.0Was there around 4.45PM as the business hours listed was till 6 PM. I noticed that they closed immediately after I left at 5PM. I think they were rushing to close at 5 and may be the reason why one of the ladies who works there was very rude which we initially couldn’t believe and even thought she was kidding. Really ruined my day. I usually go to the Uwchlan location, and never had a bad experience. I am never going back to the Malvern Great Clips again.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
