- AMAmber ManningSep 29, 20251.0Will not return to this location again after the way the staff and stylist conducted themselves while styling a special needs gentleman this weekend. They first paired this gentleman with a young and inexperienced stylist (who did a poor job but the family was gracious about it) and while cutting his mustache the hair was left on his lip causing him to spit, not at anyone but it landed on the stylists hand. Upon leaving the family tipped almost 30% for her trouble but to add insult the salon manager proceeded to chase the family out the door as if it was malicious and berated them without listening or taking any accountability. Please take some kindness and compassion training and maybe an extra course in working with those with special needs. They are people just the same as us and deserve to be treated just as well.
