Does a great job at cutting my hair. Very down to earth, is quick and is always focused even when im talking her ear off. Everyone is super friendly here. Totally recommend it and it is affordable.

She said “in his file” they use a 3 and she went ahead quickly and started shaving his head. My dad tried to stop her but she had already shaved some off. He tried to explain to her he does NOT shave his head (he had a lot of thick hair and was very obvious he never had shaved his head before). She said “well too late now” and kept shaving his head. He really couldn’t do much considering she had already shaved some off. Not sure if she had the wrong file opened or misread his but he is now completely bald. We understand it grows back but just a little disappointed right before the holidays and not even a sincere apology for her big mistake.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
