I asked for long layers and wispy long face framing pieces and I leave the store with choppy layers and uneven thick bangs. I was not expecting an amazing haircut for $23 dollars, but I left that store my red pink with embarrasment over how awful I look. I had to ask repeatly for the the bangs (that I didn't want in the first place) to be blended into the rest of my hair, only to hear "oh it must have been the way I was holding the scissors". Violent tugging on hair when trying to comb out. completely uneven on the bottom. I thought it was get better ask she kept working on it but she just kept chopping at my hair making it look worse and worse I tried to get out of there as fast as I can. It feels like an impractical joke was played on me. Had to go home and try to repair it for about an hour just so I can go out in public and not completely want to kms.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
