  First, I want to say, I am a redhead who loves to put blonde color in her hair and it is SO hard to find good stylists who can work with red hair and color. When I first moved to the area back in 2009, I used to drive back home (Pittsburgh) to get my hair done, because I couldn’t find anyone in the central PA area who was good enough, until I met Tiffany. Around 2017/2018, Tiffany took me as a walk in (which BTW, was everything to me at the time because I was freshly postpartum and a different salon I was supposed to be going to that the same day for an appointment had canceled on me). I have never looked back. It’s to the point where I can just walk into Tiff’s salon, show a picture of what I am thinking I want to do and I just trust Tiffany and her girls to do their thing - even if it doesn’t match the exact picture I’m showing them because I 100% trust their judgment. These girls are hair scientists - they really know what they’re doing when it comes to cuts, color and beyond specific to an individuals hair type, face shape, lifestyle, etc. Their prices are extremely reasonable in my opinion and honestly in this business you get what you pay for so when you find an excellent hairstylist, you don’t really care about the price as much. Plus many customers don’t even know about the quiet discounts that are given behind the scenes. Not only does the salon know hair, but they also have a full pedicure and manicure service as well. In addition over the past couple of years, Tiffany has taken it upon herself to recruit and train the next generation of hairstylists. Her expectations for her trainees are of the highest standards, which anyone (trainer, trainee, customer) should want. She has developed specific training modules and assessments/ evaluations, and really takes the time to provide guidance with every trainee-customer so both parties are satisfied with the training, service, and outcome. It’s clear that she is doing an excellent job training new employees who want to be trained and actually grow in the business. All in all, this is your salon if you want excellent service and customized guidance designed to YOUR hair for any hair needs - cuts, color, extensions, etc. And for trainees, if you’re willing to learn, put in the work, and want someone to invest in you and your training, I would highly recommend Tiffany.   Five stars is not enough for this team! I went in with total matted chaos. This miracle team worked for 10 dedicated hours making me feel like a woman again. I highly recommend. If you’re not going to them you don’t know what your missing out on
