You'd think they'd at least give you a coupon for wasting your time, but no. Since it's 50/50 on whether I'll actually be able to get my hair cut here, I'll start going elsewhere where they value people's time. Also, if you do get your haricut here, check everything before you leave. They've tried to send me out with only one sideburn more than once.

I went in, checked in and had a message sent to my phone. She told me it'd be about a 40 minute wait and I'd get a message letting me know they were ready. Sounded reasonable so I told her Id go to the plaza next door and do some shopping. 40 minutes passed, still no text so I headed back, let them know I was there waiting and sat down. It was 1040 am when I checked in the first time. I waited until 115 until I just walked out. Waited for almost 2 and a half hours.. I don't normally like walking out or making bad reviews but that's ridiculous in my opinion.
