- SCSylver CunninghamMar 28, 20261.0Terrible customer service other then the receptionist she was nice , I made a apt to get a perm done , came in to get it & she took one look at me and said she would not work on my hair bc it was “ to blonde “ which is crazy since I am a natural blonde and have never bleached my hair , I had hi lights added about 8 months ago other then that I have not done anything to my hair , it is very healthy ! to assume just bc someone has bright blonde hair means they beach it is crazy , not only did she refuse to do it she didn’t even try to do anything else just a simple “ I’m not doing it “ not even “ I’m sorry I’m not comfortable doing what you want bc of my own opinion maybe we can try something else”just straight no I’m not working on you & considering the girl herself bleaches her hair to look like mine does naturally she should be able to tell the difference but apparently not
- JJjanineMar 19, 20265.0I love this place. Sarah cut and styled my 11 year olds hair. She did an amazing job. My daughter doesn’t like to make a fuss over her hair. She has a natural wave to it and she cuts it so it lays so perfectly. This is the second time she did her hair. She added a little curl to her hair which made my daughter smile a little and let me tell you that is hard to do when it comes to her hair because normally she doesn’t care about her hair. I think it may be because no one has done it right. Her dad even commented on how nice it looked. Sarah did an amazing job. Thank you.
