- NDNathan DohertySep 24, 20251.09-23-25. Latrobe location. My son was the only customer in the building with 2 stylists on duty. After the guy ahead of my son left, one stylist got on the phone to deal with the credit card issue they were having and the other stylist started to clean her station and tools. Then they both started doing inventory and neither one acknowledged that my son was sitting directly in front of them and it was his turn for a haircut. He had signed up online and they checked him in when we first arrived so they knew he was there. We sat there staring at them as they started looking through their products and talking about ordering more. I finally asked if they were going to cut his hair. I told them he is the only person here and there are 2 of you and you are doing inventory. The one woman said they have to do inventory so that they can service more customers. I said, we have been sitting here, is your inventory more important than the customer? Only then did one of them take him to her station to cut his hair. To say the least, it was poor customer service and we are not going back.
