  This was my first time buying anything in Sephora. I have never even owned any quality makeup. As soon as I entered I was greeted by two employees within minutes of each other. At first I didn’t think I needed help so I am so glad for the second employee. She helped me pick out the perfect perfume (I wanted a light rose scent.) I also got a lip plumper, a facial moisturizer, and mascara. When I tell you I felt BONITA before even walking out of the store and even more so now. I’m a bigger woman so I never really felt “pretty” enough to shop there. I know that sounds ridiculous but the employees were so kind and I truly felt like I belonged even though I did not know what I was doing lol. Thank you for making my first experience the absolute best. I will be back for sure.

  Stopped in Sephora at park city mall and was assisted by the store manager , Patrick . He is so knowledgeable on product and color choices that he should be working with celebrities . Color matches were perfect on my skin and overall it was extremely pleasant experience .

  I think great customer service deserves recognition and I just want to say I had a wonderful experience here today. I come to this store often but today needed help finding some samples and Angelica “angel” who helped me was absolutely amazing. She was beyond helpful and kind hearted and it just showed she truly cared. Everyone was super sweet there but she really went above and beyond and it made my day!
