- SSSuz Sims-FletcherMar 5, 20265.0First - the staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have serious training for their new people (I saw some new folks learning). I appreciated that there was no judgement on my liking or disliking a smell - to each their own. the products are FUN and, while there are standards/staple items, they have seasonal changes and new stuff all the time. It's not the cheapest place in the field, but it also isn't a drugstore - and there are some walk in for a treat price points ($5 fun bathbomb). I appreciate their commitment to sparkle and glitter - while not for all, it is a fun fun fun addition to your fit.

- MGMaggie GraceJan 28, 20265.0I don't usually review big chains and just stick to local experiences at smaller businesses, but LUSH, LUSH is special. The staff here make it so. Anytime I'm in Lancaster I usually make an excuse to sneak into LUSH here. The staff is always tremendously sweet without being overbearing (I get annoyed when 10 people follow me around asking if they can help me 4x). They always make kind comments about my outfit or bag, offer samples, and just generally seem to be in a good mood. Working a retail is such a hard job, trust me, I've been there. But the staff at this location always are just so kind and sincere, and it makes me happy to be there. What more do I need to say about LUSH? I love bath bombs, I love products that are not animal tested and safe for the environment, I love spending money on a company that I know has good business practices, I love matcha face masks and bubble bath shaped like a broccoli. It's LUSH. I love it. But this review is very special shoutout to the staff here who really are what make this my fave location.
