- KMKristen Marie5 days ago1.0I had just came to the kittanning location the manager cut my hair but cut is not even at all was not listening to me I had surgery and she kept touching my surgery spot very unprofessional and should know how to cut hair evenly not because your in a rush and as manager you should know the rules and actually care about the Clint and how they want things not this
- DGDavid GriffithOct 17, 20255.0Today marks the second time Joni has cut my hair. I don’t want to go anywhere else. She’s great at what she does. My hair looks exactly how I want it every time. She asks questions and makes sure we’re both thinking the exact same thing before she makes any cuts. She verifies everything is looking good throughout the whole cut. I’m very picky with my hair and I will always be coming back as long as Joni is here. I highly recommend Joni specifically, but this establishment is also clean and the other staff seems very friendly as well.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
