  Live this place. I went there to get a helix done. I was very quick, they explained the process so I knew what was going on the entire time during the piercing. The store is also super cute with an amazing atmosphere. I always got my earrings from here because they do not irritate my sensitive skin.

  I did a lot of research before getting my 7 year old's ears pierced and even though the closest Rowan was 1.5 hours away, we made the drive! I'm so glad I did. My older daughter got her second hole done too. I felt reassured knowing nurses were doing the piercing. Everything was very sanitary which was really important to me. The environment is also very welcoming and fun which helped ease any nerves. They offered either the needle piercing or the device piercing. My younger daughter chose the needle and older one chose the device. Both went smoothly with Cyd as our piercer. She took her time and was kind and gentle in her interactions with the girls. It's definitely not the cheapest but we knew that going in. Make sure you just check their prices before you go. (Earrings for needle piercings charge per ear, not for a pair.) And the aftercare spray is $20 added on as well. We felt it was worth the extra cost to have it done by trained professionals in a fun and welcoming environment. And we would definitely do it again.....it was an excellent experience.

  Melissa and Eden were amazing! My daughter was so excited getting her ears pierced here! I loved the needle piercing option, the care provided and the atmosphere! Great experience!!

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your baby here. The girl at the front with all those colors customer service horrible. Trying to check in others while I’m standing directly in front of her trying to check my baby in & to top it off was lied to about not having another same day appointment but i was on my phone it was a 4:45pm but the lady told me they were all booked up. Please don’t go there very unprofessional

  I also was given the wrong information on the phone about the price. I also feel the charges for the earrings is excessive and they didn't tell me about the charge for the spray. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
