- AKAleksandra Kupp4 days ago1.0I’ve been here a few times, and always have the same issue. The employees are probably the rudest people I’ve ever met. I came in a few weeks ago and no one helped, they were all busy talking to each other. The store was a mess, and there was barely any testers. I walked over to fragrance to ask where a certain one was and the girl sighed and goes “it’s right here, not that hard to find” then I go up to the cashier and get my items, I tell her I’m an employee at the exton location and the lady gives me the biggest attitude. She said “honey you should’ve said that before I scanned everything” I apologized and she just gave me the ugliest look. Wont be shopping at this location ever again.

- MJMegan JonesNov 4, 20251.0Disappointed in the customer service in this store now on multiple occasions. Had a gift card never used and there was an issue - was told to call customer service (no problem) but then added “not our problem” This week brought my father in to redeem a cologne - they gave him what they thought was the correct product (checked it against the voucher) waited in line only to be told wrong one. Then they asked someone to go check in the back for inventory…20 min later had to track someone down only to be told they don’t have it - no one even came to find us. Icing to the cake a young customer fainted in the store and the employees just all looked at each other and went about their business. It took other customers to check to see if she was okay and needed anything.
