    I went to Sephora today to buy a perfume, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find anyone to help me get what I wanted. When I asked a man for assistance, he told me to go to the register. After waiting in line, it was very crowded. When I finally got to the register, the cashier told me to go back to the perfume section and that someone there would help me. I went back, and the girl who was responsible for the perfume section told me to wait because she was finishing with another customer. After a long wait, when she finally came, none of the three perfume options I picked were in stock, and she, as the person responsible for the perfume section, was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I’m really disappointed by the service I received.

    everyone is super helpful here except MJ. rudest employee i’ve met in a very long time. tried to tell me my return couldn’t be completed because it was from “2 months ago” when the receipt literally showed it was 2 weeks ago. i also explained to her im hearing impaired so it’s hard to hear when she’s facing down because i also read lips to help and she said “well im not gonna yell at you” so it made my trip so much harder. i’m sorry your having a bad day but don’t take it out on me

    Most of the staff in the store were extremely nice and helpful despite the store being very busy. The line was wrapping around the whole store but moved very quickly. My problem did not arise until I was at the register where I paid for my $30 purchase with a $50 gift card and the employee who was ringing me out was deadpan and spoke rudely and then didn’t give my my gift card back. I had to ask her 3 times to please give me my gift card back because it still had $20 on it and she seemed very reluctant to give it back to me which ruined my experience. I don’t know if the employees can see the remaining balance and she was wanting to keep it for herself or if it was something else but it left me feeling uneasy. This was on January 2nd at 2:22pm

    Tonight I had the AMAZING opportunity to get cosmetic help for my lips from the employee Sophia. Absolute 100/10 experience, she completely sold me on the Rhode Lip Treatment, which was perfect for me. In addition to the Laneige vanilla lip mask. She was so welcoming, relatable, and passionate while helping me, making me feel so comforted. I'm not trying to boast anyone but she was truly the definition of what an employee and director of a store should be. Glad to say I have a new skincare routine until Rhode stops production, thank you.

    Visiting the store left a very unpleasant impression The cosmetic testers are in poor condition: they are dirty, stained and in some cases damaged with visible dust on the display stands The same applies to the fragrance area both the stands and testers appear neglected with sticky and unclean surfaces It gives the impression that proper maintenance and cleaning are not being carried out Considering the price of the products the condition of the store is disappointing and raises concerns
