  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your baby here. The girl at the front with all those colors customer service horrible. Trying to check in others while I’m standing directly in front of her trying to check my baby in & to top it off was lied to about not having another same day appointment but i was on my phone it was a 4:45pm but the lady told me they were all booked up. Please don’t go there very unprofessional

  I also was given the wrong information on the phone about the price. I also feel the charges for the earrings is excessive and they didn't tell me about the charge for the spray. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  I had gotten my piercing a while ago now, but I have had nothing but trouble the second after it was done. I had no idea how expensive the piercing and jewelry would e been until after it was done. I was expecting to pay around $80 only too pay over $250. Today I am still having to fight constantly to have the piercing even stay in. I got this piercing back in May of 2025; I should not feel any discomfort or trouble for a lower lobe piercing.

  went recently to get my lobes pierced and i scheduled online for device piercing. at the shop i was told because of placement in regards to a previous piercing they’d recommended switching to needle piercing instead of device. i was expecting to pay approx $130 for the device piercing ($50 for piercing both ears and $80 for the pair of earrings). because of the recommendation i said it was fine to switch to needle piercing but was not told the drastic price difference. i even mentioned to the nurse oh i think the needle is $20 more right? (priced per ear at $35, bringing my total for the piercing and not jewelry to $70 instead of $50), she said yes and that was the end of the price conversation. when i got to the checkout my total for everything was $260 and i was shocked saying “oh i didn’t realize the price was so different” when i checked my receipt i saw not only is the piercing priced per hole but so is the jewelry. so instead of 50 and 80 it was 78 per ear for jewelry plus 35 per ear for service. so now my total was 226 PLUS the $20 after care spray i wasn’t asked if i wanted, was just given and had to pay for. the staff were wonderful, everything was very clean, tons of jewelry options but i feel like the pricing was very sneaky and left very upset with the shocking upsell. also on top of that being asked to tip didn’t help. makes me wonder if i was recommended the needle piercing for true better outcome or for a quick price increase.

  Such a great experience for our daughter. The staff was incredibly professional. Big thanks to Sheila for singing to our birthday girl. We will definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting their ears pierced. Many thanks!
