  I visited the L’Occitane King of Prussia store today with my-son, and the experience was very disappointing and so rude. My son lightly just touched the product and the staff lady with glasess spoke to him in a very rude, serious tone, saying it was “you not supposed to be touched if you not buy” Excuse me what the hell who do you think you are saying like this to the customer so rude!!!! Don’t think anyone can’t buy the product just judging the people by the cover!! I will never buy anything with the rude staff like that!!!

  Just coming here with my brother. When we visiting the store my brother just lookin around and touch some of the product with a very gentle not even open or broke the product that they have but , the lady that working there really rude and tell my brother that he can’t touch the product if he not gonna buy it. I mean this is not even a luxury brand and we could buy all of the things in this store. We really dont appreciate that kind of attitude and our experience here was really disappointing . I hope that lady could learn how to do a customer service with as nice as possible way she can.

  I stopped in to find a birthday gift for my mom and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Annie — she was truly wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations. I especially appreciated how she took the time to explain the best way to use everything — I had no idea something as simple as warming the hand cream between your palms before applying could make such a difference! Annie was warm, attentive, and genuinely detail-oriented. She carefully arranged and rearranged the gift box until it was absolutely perfect for my mom to open — you can tell she truly cares about her customers and their experience. I’ll definitely be returning and hope to see Annie again soon!

  I visited the L’Occitane King of Prussia store today with my 7-year-old son, and the experience was very disappointing. My son lightly touched a flower display, and the staff lady spoke to him in a very rude, serious tone, saying it was “not supposed to be touched.” A simple, polite reminder would have been enough. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t even smile. What made it worse was that her attitude changed only after she saw that I was purchasing over $300 worth of products as gifts. That kind of behavior is unprofessional. In a customer-facing role, kindness and courtesy should come naturally. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression.

  I walked into the store, needing some help with some products. This lady who is there did not even approach me and barely helped me when I was trying to sample some lotions and I did not see the try me sticker. She was like no no no no and Like rolling her eyes at me because I did not see the try me stickers since there was nothing and then when she walked away, she was like rolling her eyes. Was going to purchase something now There’s no way I’m coming back.
