  I visited the L’Occitane King of Prussia store today with my 7-year-old son, and the experience was very disappointing. My son lightly touched a flower display, and the staff lady spoke to him in a very rude, serious tone, saying it was “not supposed to be touched.” A simple, polite reminder would have been enough. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t even smile. What made it worse was that her attitude changed only after she saw that I was purchasing over $300 worth of products as gifts. That kind of behavior is unprofessional. In a customer-facing role, kindness and courtesy should come naturally. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression.

  I walked into the store, needing some help with some products. This lady who is there did not even approach me and barely helped me when I was trying to sample some lotions and I did not see the try me sticker. She was like no no no no and Like rolling her eyes at me because I did not see the try me stickers since there was nothing and then when she walked away, she was like rolling her eyes. Was going to purchase something now There’s no way I’m coming back.

  I think this site should tell you it's closed. I drove 40 minutes and paid tolls to find out it was closed. Site said this store was opened till 9pm.

  I would just like to know how can someone purchase product without getting samples? I went to the store expecting someone to take time out with me to help guide me in future purchases. I only buy 2 products. Because I expect to try before I buy. Maybe I just look like I dont have enough money to purchase their products. I do and will. The this is the 3rd time going to the boutique in the Kop mall. My first 2 experiences were amazing. This time I had to wing it ( I tried to stay patient and wait until the lady was finished helping another customer). Maybe I will go back on another day when there is someone else working so that I can get questions answered without feeling like I'm being rushed. I really want to try your new eye balm. I gave my sample I received in the mail to a friend. I would suggest giving a customer samples (not deluxe) so that they can try the product and buy. Thank you.
