- MYmelissa yoderNov 29, 20251.0Made an appt with a new stylist .. who seemed very unsure of herself.. I had a photo of the cut and color I wanted... drmatically different than what i have currently....... $115 and 3 hours later.. I walked out looking exactly the same as I went in.. I did not allow her to cut my hair from long to the bob because the color wasn't even remotely right.. I wasn't going to allow her to butcher my hair... .. I went in with very brassy , long blonde hair.... I wanted an icy blonde with a few very dark low lights.... No color was ever applied.Just the bleach... When I asked about the dark , she said , I left some of your natural dark out... The only thing dark on my head was my roots... Which if you pull my hair back into a ponytail , you can still see her foils were not close enough to my roots... So not only do I not have dark in my hair , I still have roots... So now I have to go to another salon.Spend more money and have it fixed.Because I will not come back.... Your stylist need to have better communication skills.Better and longer consultations.... And\nI don't know, maybe have the stylist at the end of the service.Ask what do you think?... I wasn't even asked, what do I think of it.How do I like it....
