After spending three and a half hours there—when all I wanted was a wash, hair mask, bang trim (they were hitting my eyes!), and a split ends trim—I expected better. The quality of the bang trim is really uneven and frankly, unacceptable. I like them short so they'll grow out nicely, but they need to be fixed evenly. If anyone knows a great stylist in Indiana, PA who can even out my bangs, please let me know! I need a fix, ASAP.

- AGAlexis GoughlerOct 17, 20211.0The woman I had was VERY unprofessional. I began by telling her I had alopecia, and had to shave my head last year. I told her I wanted to let the top of my hair grow out, that I wanted the sides buzzed short. She buzzed the sides of my head, and then informed me she had to go shampoo someone. I was fine with that. When she came back, I reminded her that I wanted to keep the top long, and just wanted faded out on the side. She was combing the top of my hair and before I could even comprehend what was happening, she started cutting. She cut 2-3 inches off the top and front of my head, the hair at the front isn’t straight at all. The buzzed hair near my ears and neck weren’t cut all the way and I had to take my scissors at home and cut the excess long hair. She left my hair soaking wet, to the point water was dripping down on my face, and told me she was done. I left almost in tears. My engagement photos are next week and she ruined my hair, and confidence. As a woman with alopecia, having had to shave my head, I was just getting comfortable with my hair being the length it is, and she absolutely crushed that for me. Will NEVER be returning.
