I just booked a wash and blowout. After getting water splashed all over my face, the stylist was not able to do a proper blowout, with another higher up stylist showing her how to do so. She said she was “finished” but the manager(?) wouldn’t let me leave like that with such a badly done job. So she then proceeded to curl my hair with a wand. They were horribly done and she even burnt my ear. A week later and I still have a burn mark on my ear. I was charged $31 dollars and I wish I wouldn’t have tipped because this was my worst experience at a hair salon ever. I will not be coming back.

I am extremely busy,and value time. The fact they got me in will keep me coming back. I also have a hard time sitting still. I want to say her name is Deborah. Very nice and polite. Chopped the bush off my head in no time. Thank you so much.
