- AAAnna AnilFeb 14, 20261.0If I can give zero to this location, I made a reservation for partial boliage when I arrived The stylist told me that she wanted to do the hair strand and it's going to take 15 minutes and constantly telling me that I don't have enough time for a partial balayage then I told her I made a reservation for partial balayage how come you don't have that time and the saloon was empty there was only one customer there after I sat over there more than half an hour she told me you have to make another appointment to come and do the single hair color or the partial balayage so all I can do is like a blow dry for you or anything else but that's not what I was there for my whole thing is that that if I'm making the reservation for partial balayage then why are you constantly telling me that you don't have enough time for it then if the customer is telling you that okay do a single hair color you're telling me I'm not comfortable doing that I got to do hair test which I understand but 15 minutes changed to an hour for hair strand test and then make me sit over there for 45 minutes and do nothing.
