  I would give this salon zero stars if I could. Ive been going to greatclips hershey for more than a year now and the stylist were doing an okay job to my haircut, sometimes bad sometimes okay. I still go there bec it’s cheap compared to other salon. With my last haircut I didn’t like it, the stylist was rude, unprofessional, not approachable and very dismissive.I didn’t make a complaint and even left her with a tip. Today, Jan. 12, I cameback hoping she wouldn’t be there but unfortunately for me she will be the one doing my haircut again. She asked me if i wanted the same haircut like the previous one i said no, i showed her the picture of the haircut i like to do, asked her the comparison to my previous haircut, she started MAKING FACES, SHE MADE ME FEEL IM UNWANTED(im almost 40yo guy i know when someone is making me feel unwanted), she was rude and dismissive and very unprofessional . Ive been talking to her the entire time very calm and politely. So i asked her if i can have another staff to do it, then she became more rude to me, saying im gonna have to wait much more longer and when i asked her how long, she started ignoring me and left. When she came back, i asked her about her name and she wouldn’t give it to me bec she’s afraid that she’s gonna get fired. Well you need to be respectful and act professional if you wanna keep your job. Then she threatened me to call the police if i dont leave. What the heck? Really?you treated the customer like a trash and you have the nerves to call the police on them?VERY BAD SERVICE. Will definitely not coming back to this place. I submitted a complaint to their customer service and we’l see if they’re gonna do something. The lady who did this was wearing glasses.

  The guy didn't check the stores "cliff notes" he didn't listen to what i said .he just did his own thing now.its gonna take.another year of growth just to get back to where i started . The best trait of a hairdresser is to repeat what was said and continually ask questions. Most dont do this

  Couldnt even get checked in, lady was so brash and mean, nope no one with that type of contempt should be touching peoples hair. Will be contact appropriate numbers take this issue further. There is no reason to treat people the way this recptionist did.

  I absolutely love this Great Clips! Ive been to others and have not had the same friendly service that ive had at the Chocolate Ave shop! My kids LOVE Sam! Shes been cutting my oldest sons hair routinely for the last 4years & i specifically plan out haircuts for Saturdays due to Sam usually working Saturdays & we live about 45mins-1hour away from this location but with the friendly employees & 'great clips' haircuts- ITS WORTH IT! ☺️ we love Sam☺️
