So even if u have long hair it has to be done fast. Doesn't matter if it looks good just once time is up you've got what you got. Which is why we always waited for Heather she takes pride in her work so you don't walk out never wanting to return. Good luck this is 2 customers you've lost. But you kept the miserable and ignorant manager who didn't even acknowledge me when I said Hi to her and was outside or in the back the whole time we were there. Heather is great! Love how she cuts my hair. The manager is awful and is always listening in to our conversations. If it wasn't for Heather I would go somewhere else. You can tell the manager doesn't like her. I put 3 stars because of the management but Heather is 5 stars!! Get rid of that manager and I'll make it 5.
