I had to drop it down to 3 stars since she could not shampoo his hair due to the hot water heater being broken. I hope this is corrected for our next visit as it is included in the price of a hair cut.

She didn’t care if she had to cut my hair once or 6 times, she was gonna get it just how I wanted it. She did that on the first try! I will absolutely be seeing her again!
