  We were attended to by MIA, and that was the second time she’ll be attending to us in a space of a month, she has no customer service and will easily just tell us she has to attend to someone else in a very dismissive tone when we asked for help, the ULTA across the street is way better with amazing customer service.

  Have been shopping here for years so I'm very disappointed with my experience there today. I got accused of trying to pay with counterfeit money, when It was indeed real money. (I then went to have it checked and was told it was real money), and they would not accept my form of payment! Were very rude and were accusing me of having fake money, so I even tried calling the manager at the store who happened to be lady who denied my money, so I asked to speak to her boss and got hung up on. Completely unacceptable and these people should be probably trained on how to determine if money is real AND HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

  I don't shop at Sephora often, but I had a gift card for kohls and my son needed some things from the main store, so I thought, I'd check for some skincare products. Whoever was working there, I didn't get her name, but she helped me with understanding the products and getting exactly what I was looking for. She was a huge help at the register too because my Kohl's card was apparently not activated yet, but she was able to go through my driver's license and charge it that way. She was so helpful and just generally a pleasant person. I will be going back.

  the lady over the phone was very rude. took a while for someone to answer the phone for a store thats never too busy and always has staff lounging around….id recommend going to Ulta across the street and avoid this place!!! or go to a real Sephora, not a Kohls sephora lol
