    I had a great experience when I went this past week. Miya was very helpful and kind, and assisted me in finding the best concealer and setting spray for my skin tone/type. She was very sweet with my little one, as well. Great visit overall!

    I have been to this location a few times, and haven’t really been acknowledged/ if i have been it wasn’t pleasant and that made me feel like i didn’t belong in the store. I decided to give it another shot before i wrote it off. Today I went in with no budget, looking for good a skin care / make up routine and i came across Amoris. She is SO friendly, so kind, so knowledgeable.. SO helpful, so welcoming. i can’t say enough good things about her. I feel so confident about the $500 i just spent because she knows her stuff and knew what i needed for my skin type. I hope every time I go into this store from now on she is there. I truly hope she is valued as the great employee she is. She SO deserves that recognition. she deserves a raise at the very least… I know good things will come to her. she’s so great.. thank you Amoris!!!!

    Loved the variety of products they have but the employees are HORRIBLE! They are all so rude and are never willing to help. They are very unwelcoming and standoffish! Totally ruined my experience!

    This store single-handedly lost me as a customer of the Sephora brand. When I had my baby last year, I became a stay-at-home mom and came here 3 times to restock my essentials in person. I thought it would be a fun place to take my daughter to see some bright colors and music, as well as practice my self care. Each time, I was followed around the store to the point of feeling awkward. If I told one employee that I knew where my product was located, another would try seconds later. It didn’t feel helpful or luxurious the way that other locations do when associates recommend products. I believe this was profiling because I was using a stroller with a diaper bag underneath. Once I stopped to open the bag to give my daughter a bottle because she was crying, and an employee jump scared me, practically yelling “still ok?” I felt unwelcome there as a new mom. Every time I got to the register, the employee would look shocked how many points I had accumulated. I used to save thousands of points for the $100 gift card reward and redeemed it twice, but after this treatment I didn’t care to patronize Sephora anymore even if I had rewards. I’ve replaced all of my cosmetics and skincare with other brands. For reference, we strolled with diaper bag into multiple clothing stores in the Susquehanna shoppes, including dressing rooms. At these other stores, we were treated with dignity and respect, and my daughter was given waves and hellos. It is embarrassing that we were made to feel like criminals at Sephora, which claims to be inclusive.

    I had an unpleasant experience at this Sephora location today- on Tuesday evening - after 6pm so manager can identify the employee. One of the evening-shift employees ( she is a black female ) treated me indifferently and even smirked when I came in to buy hair care products without makeup on. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt dismissed by her — she’s much friendlier toward other customers who come in wearing full makeup. Every shopper deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of appearance. I hope management looks into this and ensures a more welcoming experience for everyone.
