I showed Ria the inspiration of what I wanted but the result of it wasn't even close to what I had showed her. She was very kind and sweet but I had paid $300+ for an orange mess which I think it's unfair. It was my first experience at this salon and I won't be coming back. (I tried to ask for a refund but they kept pushing me to come in the next day to get it “fixed” because that’s all they could offer. They kept asking me questions that weren’t even related to the issue(example: “You waited until you saw Ria at Kpot, to give us a 1* review?”) which is very unprofessional and messy.
