She did not shampoo or condition, she did a dry cut. After she was done I questioned it. Said “ shampoo wasn’t included”. Not what the app says. Offered brochure, took one. Brochure does not define what each service includes. Left irritated. Walked through store and my daughter tapped me and showed me a chunk of hair she missed. Took her back, she trimmed it. Got home to a different light. Noticed her hair is butchered. Not even at all. Even sides are not even lengths when looking at her. Traumatic for a 13 year old girl. Paid $22, for a 8 minute dry butcher job that looks like a child did it. Gone to this place for years myself. Will never go again. Completely unprofessional.
