I went in to sit down to get waited on. When I sat down a older lady ask me if she could help me. The older lady wasn't nice or friendly. I asked how long the wait time is for a haircut. She said two hours. Then she said they didn't have nothing. The woman was racist. I would never go there again. I wouldn't recommend no black person to ever go there.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
