A stylist named Jack (a young woman) was cutting my 7-year-old son’s hair and was constantly scolding him, repeatedly telling him to sit still in a harsh tone. She seemed irritated and uninterested in doing the haircut. Throughout the appointment, she kept asking, “What should I do now?” which gave the impression that she wasn’t confident or willing to proceed properly. She barely cut any hair and didn’t clean up afterwards—his hair was left all over his neck and clothes. This was not the level of service I expected, especially for a child. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a better experience for future customers.
