  EMPLOYEES DONT CARE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....have to finally break down and write this review, the customer service from the young girls that work at this location is terrible. It's not all of them but most of them. I also feel like because I'm a 55 year old woman I get overlooked for younger shoppers. You need to train your employees with some kind of respect and tact. No one there for the most part knows about the products, they don't seem to actually care about their jobs or the customers. One time I was kneeling down looking at the Clinique products, there was a young dark-haired girl in the aisle that didn't acknowledge my existence. I finally looked over and politely said hello and asked her if she knew about the face powder I was looking at. She just looked at me and said "nah" and walked away. I kid you not, ridiculous. Do some training for your employees sephora, or Kohl's or whoever does the hiring for this location. I will drive to the West York location or go to an actual Sephora store to be treated with more respect. Unfortunately this is the closest location and usually I just go out of convenience but I think my time here is done. I'd rather spend my money at Ulta where I get treated with respect and people actually seem to know about the products and care about their jobs and offer to help. Something is wrong at your location.
