  Love love love my hair. Kaleigh don’t know if I spelled that correctly. She did a fantastic job. I’m sure to go back to her in the future. Omg can’t say enough good about this girl.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Hair Cuttery location. I don’t normally go here, but I recently had a medical procedure and cannot get my stitches wet, so I just needed a simple shampoo, blow dry, and light styling. I went in around 6:30pm and the stylist (I believe her name was Bri) scheduled me for later that evening at 7:50pm. We clearly discussed that I wanted a shampoo, blow dry, and basic curl with hot tools, and she agreed. After I left, I checked and saw my appointment had been changed to the next day at 2pm without my consent. I immediately called, and instead of helping, she was rude and dismissive. She insisted I had changed the appointment myself, which is completely untrue. It honestly felt like I was being gaslit. She then said I could come back at 7:50, but there wouldn’t be enough time to actually blow dry or style my hair because someone else was booked at 8:30. That made no sense, considering that was the original service we agreed on when the appointment was made. At that point, I cancelled. I was already feeling uncomfortable and just needed basic help after a medical procedure, and instead I left feeling frustrated and upset. I ended up having to go home and struggle through it myself. This experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking basic customer care. I won’t be returning.

  Jennifer is such a talented hairdresser with an amazing personality to boot. I had been looking for a new hairdresser for some time when I found Jennifer and she has been fantastic. I always look forward to seeing her. Jennifer has been my stylist for about a year now. I walk in looking like a hot mess and leave looking glamorous like I'm ready for a Hollywood red carpet event. Give Jennifer a try. You'll be glad you did. 😃👍

  I got a mullet cut and perm done by Kayleigh. I was very pleased with how it turned out. The environment was inviting and relaxing. I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time 😂 that turned out pretty nice too. I definitely recommend this stylist and I will be coming back soon.

  Mostly positive experience especially after having missed my appointment time and they were able to work me in. The only downside was the up charge. I went in with the need for just a haircut. Walked out having paid for a blowout. Money is tight and unexpected expenses are hard to handle. The extra charge is like a black cloud on what should have been a happy moment.
