  I literally just left the store. This is my 4th disappointing time here. I hate when something is sold at Sephora not Ulta. The service here sucks! Everything i have to track someone down to help me. When I walked in someone said hello and I was getting ready to ask for help, mouth open to speak and another lady asked for help she helped her then checked the few others out. I was the only person left and the 2 girls at the check out would rather talk about a TV show or something they are watching then come help the one customer in there store. I stood at the makeup I wanted help with looked over multiple times, the girl looked at me and they kept talking. I left. Im so sick of always having to come get them to get any help. At Ulta I can be looking at a product for 2 minutes and have 3 people ask if I need help. And it has been almost exactly like this 3 other times I have been here. I was fully prepared to spend money in the store today but the fact that the people that get paid to help customers can't, I ended up leaving. And have worked multiple customer service job so I know ehat is expected. If I would have been caught doing that at any of them, yea wouldn't have gone over well.

  The products are good, but expensive. The dark hair girl that works there is extremely rude.How this company hires ppl with no customer service skills is behind me. After my last experience with this rude employee, I will no longer do business with this company.

  I would only go here if you would like the manager to stand very close while you look at a product. My friend and I went into this Sephora to look around because we were already in the kohl’s. I tested a product with an applicator on my hand, and was interested in the product. The manager comes over unnoticed and grabs the product directly next to it and looks at a clipboard. Keep in mind, this manager was very close to me. No interaction that involved trying to help us find anything. Personal space isn’t an option apparently. Based on this awkward interaction, I was no longer interested in purchasing anything at this Sephora. It’s obvious why it was empty with no customers. I haven’t ever been treated that way in an ulta store by an employee. I have a feeling the manager thought we weren’t there to purchase things because we are young people with ripped jeans. Keep in mind, you can’t stereotype customers and expect positive outcomes.
