The stylist was super sweet but unable to fix it.To make matters worse, it was almost 10 PM so I had no choice but to leave. When I called to schedule a correction (which any reputable salon would fix at no charge), I was told the manager said I would have to pay an additional $76 to fix a mistake they made. I let them know I’d be willing to pay something reasonable but not almost $80 to fix a mistake they made. I asked to speak to the manager, but have not heard back. It’s unfortunate that a manager would take this position as I’ve been going to them for years. Never going back.

She listened to exactly what I wanted, and KNOCKED it OUT of the park. She has a beautiful, welcoming/warming personality, and she has incredible talent. Like, next level talent. I hope I can keep her as my hairdresser for years to come, because she is THAT good. I would recommend her to anyone. It’s always scary trying something or someone new, but she genuinely listens and cares and wants you to leave feeling like your best self. I can’t say enough about her or the experience. THANK YOUUUU 🥹.
