She is so easy going & makes him feel so comfortable (buzzers were a scary thing for him so we avoided salons). He still says No to a haircut until I mention it will be by Alex!! He even waited for her to get back from vacation because he just enjoys her doing his hair that much! :-) thank you Alex & Great Clips Greensburg for always making it such a smooth experience for this mom of 2z

I prefer two stylist for him; Sarah and Lilly. Sarah has done a great job every time we’ve been in. She’s professional, listens to what you want, and makes sure the cut looks right before you leave. Very detail oriented! I especially want to recognize Lilly, who has been outstanding. She’s patient, upbeat, and has a great personality that immediately puts children at ease in the chair. She really takes her time, pays attention to the little details, and makes sure everything looks just right. It’s clear she genuinely cares about doing a great job. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
