She cut it exactly as requested and was very friendly. My daughter’s hair looks so nice and healthy now since getting it cut. Thank you Brooke!
- JMJessica McIntyreJul 28, 20251.0Made an appointment by phone around 12:30pm for 2pm hair appointment mind you just a blow out. show up Skylar is the hairstylist, I have hair extent-ions in and I told the person that over the phone when booking, Skylar has an attitude if they didn’t have the waiver for me to sign then why book my appointment?? For her to tell me that I should be going to my normal hair extension professional I have never heard a stylist ever tell me that in all my years of having hair extentions is crazy it was convenient for me because I was in the area. Very poor customer service!! Seems like someone just doesn’t like the job that they are doing!

He has a weird cow lick and she fixes it every time. The 5 star review is for her. A one star review would be for the very ignorant receptionist. I love visiting this salon but today I have a large complaint. We were early for our appt so we stood inside the doors until the mall unlocked the actual doors to enter. Before entering a girl walks in, very rudely made a hand gesture for my son to move out of her way because apparently using polite etiquette and saying "excuse me" was out of the question. Come to find out this girl was going into the salon. Her name is Desiree. Ali came over to bring us back to cut my son's hair but before we could walk back with her, Desiree verbally attacked Ali in front of my son and I. I actually couldn't believe what I was hearing. Not only is that embarrassing for anyone to encounter but it was not very professional in a professional setting. That should not have happened. If you need to express something to someone, do it privately and not in front of one of your co-workers clients. Rude to my son, who has better manners than most adults today and treating another worker in that manner should be addressed. Ali I'm sorry you were treated that way. Keep cutting that hair girl! Another amazing stylist would be Ronelle Moyer!
