  Would much rather enter a Sephora in a strip mall like glen eagle than go into a mall . I love this addition to the area. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes I go just to browse and look at new products and never feel pressured to buy which is really nice .

  The lady with short red hair is rude and miserable. I’ve had her in store and then started using curbside because nobody helps inside anyway without an attitude and she basically threw the bag into my car. I’d rather shop online you’ll save more money too. Or go to the Sephora in Exton they have way better customer service.

  Anthony was absolutely amazing! His chipper attitude and attentiveness to what I needed was more than what I could ask for. I was driving back home from Philly to Lancaster and I just want to say that he was a great helper today. I had a gift card I didn't really know what I needed and he helped me figure that out.

  I just had the best experience at this location! Kat was so incredibly helpful finding what I needed, she wasn’t pushy at all but was there for any question or help I needed. She helped pick out my birthday freebie as well. She is a great addition to Sephora!!
