So they reschedule me for the next day at 4:45. That morning, I get a call saying my stylist called out… so they simply cancelled on me completely for the entire day. Didn’t know Hair Cuttery was such an exclusive establishment that’s difficult to get into.

But yesterday, I made an appointment in the morning for 3:45 pm. I called ahead at 3:40 pm to let them know I would be a few minutes late due to horrible traffic (left work and drove an hour for this). The woman said okay that’s fine but your appointment will only be held for 15 minutes. Sure enough got there at 3:52 pm (well under the 15 minutes) to learn this woman just canceled my appointment and took a walk in instead. She was even rude about it. Needless to say I will never be coming back.
