She insulted my highlights and had an issue when I wanted to go from a trim to a cut? What’s the issue? I’m paying for the service? She didn’t say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her, and told me my highlights looked like they were from the 80s, they were over processed & thick, and that lords and ladies needs to learn how to do them. I felt like I was being bullied by her and felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Not exactly sure what the issue was to be treated so disrespectfully there, but I hope she heals from whatever she has going on in her personal life because it is not okay to treat people like that. She is doing a service and has to learn how to speak to people.
