I walked in today without an appointment, and was kindly welcomed in. I can’t remember the name of the woman who cut my hair but she was great. She asked all the pertinent questions about how I want it cut, how I usually style it etc; We talked music and concerts and when it was all said and done, I walked away with a great haircut. I had never been there before, but I look forward to going back. The entire experience was excellent.

I had a horrible experience here with the 58 year old orange haired woman with bangs and glasses. She insulted my highlights and had an issue when I wanted to go from a trim to a cut? What’s the issue? I’m paying for the service? She didn’t say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her, and told me my highlights looked like they were from the 80s, they were over processed & thick, and that lords and ladies needs to learn how to do them. I felt like I was being bullied by her and felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Not exactly sure what the issue was to be treated so disrespectfully there, but I hope she heals from whatever she has going on in her personal life because it is not okay to treat people like that. She is doing a service and has to learn how to speak to people.

Walked in to get a hair cut and I walked all the way there from right by The Peppermint Stick candy store on E. Philadelphia Ave. It took me 25 min. To walk there and it was 86° outside and high humidity so i was really sweaty when arrived and I wanted to finish my milkshake to before she started or it would of been warm when done plus wanted to cool off and not be so sweaty so if I got hair on my body it didn't stick to me as bad or I would of been itching all the walk back home. But the younger brunette lady who works in the very 1st booth on the left right when u walk on the floor was extremely disrespectful when I stated I would like to cool off for 1 min before she started to cut my hair. When I said that her and the other lady stylist that works right next to her were smirking and laughing about my statement abiut wanting to wait a min. They also said "well it dosent make sense cus if you would sit in this chair you would cool off just as fast" then they stated "but its whatever, so your not getting a haircut or what? I said yea I am can i please get a minute to cool off. And she didn't say anything she just went to the comp. Screen and removed me from a haircut. Very rude I mean I wasn't hurting nothing all i wanted was to cool off and be more comfortable while sitting and getting a hair cut. I also get worried when getting a haircut cuz I was cut over my scar on my head by one of my last haircuts and that's were I had brain surgury and it caused me to get a inner and outer ear infection from getting cut in multiple locations which also caused me to pay another 60$ for prescriptions for the Infection and that was a very expensive haircut. Plus they did a horrible job. So I now also get scared to get my haircut because some people dont know how to cut over a scar. You dont got to be rude to someone who is giving you your paycheck and helping you to be able to pay your bills. They were both laughing at me while I was wiping my sweat from my body and arms with paper towels from McDonalds and then when I was done and ready I walked over and said im ready and she didn't say nothing and had the ugliest smirk on her face like she wanted to say some derogatory remarks to me and so I then stated without getting disrespectful," will you be able 6o cut my hair or not?" and she didn't answer so I just said its fine I'll just leave i dont trust you to cut my hair... so that was so unprofessional and I would never have someone work for me who acts like that to my customers and even the lady who works beside her getting in the middle of it and also laughing was rude and she would be fired to if I was owner or boss. They are so not worthy of any job or positions anywhere were I go for service. Get them out of here not needed in this area. Horrible people need not anything on those lines of service. Goodbye. And if I need to i will write to corporate office and tell them or stand out of the barber shop were they work and hold up signs and not let people get their haircut there for as long as they both work there. Get rid of them now... thnks
