I always show them a picture of what I want and they seem to do whatever they want done on my hair. Left Iva a tip anyway but I am so disgusted with my hair. I wanted a longer pixie cut and I look like a boy. She totally butchered my hair. I will NEVER go back again. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a higher price salon. They are not worth months of trouble not looking good.

Will not return and hope you don’t put you or children through this posting before she is done. Hoping it doesn’t get worse and we can just get out
