  Barbee is amazing. I came in with some hair loss and very damaged hair. She developed a short and long term plan to restore hair health and set realistic expectations. But the best part, she on the spot, designed a cute hair cut/ style for my distressed tresses. It's been 4 months and I am IMPRESSED. My hair is coming back healthy and with no awkward in between haircut issues. Her hair cutting and style skills are top-tier.

  I waited half an hour for the appointment before me to finish. The employee who checked me in said nothing about waiting for my appointment time. The stylist Melanie apologized and thanked me for waiting. I said I didn’t need a wash & blow dry, but she didn’t even wet my hair to trim a couple of inches. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a receipt, so I don’t know if I was charged a long hair fee or not when my hair isn’t that long. I pay more for the same thing every time time I go to any location, they don’t post the prices on the wall for their services anymore.

  We will never go back. We showed up at our appointed time for my wife's haircut (the time was texted to my phone) and our appointment had been changed without our knowledge. When I asked the woman at the counter what happened, she turned and walked away. Then a different employee came to the desk and said we could sit and wait for 20-30 minutes. Our time is valuable, which is why we make appointments. This place has gone down the drain. Maybe it's more professional during the week. We went on a Saturday.
